Lilith and Cain

Friday night drawing. Scalding hot bath. Inspired by Revelations of the Dark Mother. Greyscale is not my usual style but I enjoy the way it brightens the whites like feathers dipped in milk. Rendition of Lilith in the desert giving Caine her Magick so he can become the first Vampire. Cain, the firstborn, of Adam and Eve was a farmer, and his brother Abel was a shepherd. The brothers made sacrifices to God, but God favored Abel's sacrifice instead of Cain's. Cain then murdered Abel out of jealousy, whereupon God punished Cain by condemning him to a life of wandering. I suppose he stumbled upon Lilith( Adam and Gods Forsaken wife. ) The demoness gave him power and grace.
